Are you passionate about teaching English and inspiring students to achieve language fluency? Astoria College, located in the heart of Erbil's Dream City, is seeking dynamic and dedicated English instructors to join our team.
About Us: Astoria College is a leading language center committed to revolutionizing language education through innovative teaching methods and immersive learning experiences. With a focus on providing dynamic English courses and exam preparation, we aim to make language learning exciting and accessible to all.
Responsibilities:
-Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the needs of diverse student groups.
-Create dynamic and interactive learning environments that promote language acquisition and fluency.
-Provide personalized guidance and support to students to help them achieve their language learning goals.
-Utilize a variety of teaching resources and techniques, including multimedia, to enhance the learning experience.
-Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and assessment materials.
-Stay updated on current trends and best practices in language education.
Requirements:
-Master's or Bachelor's degree in English,, Linguistics, or a related field.
-TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification preferred.
-Native or near-native proficiency in English.
-Experience teaching English as a second language to diverse student populations for three years. .
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Passion for teaching and dedication to student success.
